Crust part
• 200g All purpose flour
• 2g Baking powder
• 15g Yeast powder
• 8g Milk powder
• 0.5g Salt
• 30g Fine sugar
• 85-95g Water
• 35g Corn oil

• 껍질을 벗긴 녹두 200g
• 고운 설탕 45g
• 연유 10g
• 소금 0.5g
• 라이트 크림 10-15g
• 말린 크랜베리 30g

• 다목적 밀가루 200g
• 베이킹파우더 2g
• 이스트 가루 15g
• 분유 8g
• 소금 0.5g
• 고운 설탕 30g
• 물 85-95g
