In this video users are introduced to Job Schedulers and the importance of using a Job Scheduler. Further into the module, users will obtain deeper understanding of the ‘Slurm’ Scheduler that is used at Pawsey. The module focuses on the following learning outcomes:
•Describe what a job scheduler is and why it is useful
•Query scheduler partitions
•Query job queues
