We chat to Siobhan Falton, a Learning for Life graduate, as she talks about how the programme has given her the skills and knowledge she needs to get into the industry, and what it’s like to be a barback at the Diageo World Class Glasgow 2019 event.
Siobhan explains how the Learning for Life programme, which has given her the opportunity to watch the best bartenders in the world in action at this year’s World Class Glasgow, has built her confidence and given her a foot in the door in order to one day, open her own bar.
