Hi, everyone:) For this week, I baked Asian bakery-style sausage bread. I am using an American cup:)

Ingredients

-Sausage
-Mayo & ketchup
-Parsley
-Onions (optional)

For Yudane
-1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-50ml and + 1tbsp of boiling water (about 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)

For bread dough
-3 cups of flour
-1 tbsp of sugar
-1 tsp of yeast
-1/2 tsp salt.
-180 ml of warm milk (about 3/4 cup)
-3 tbsp of butter (43g)
-1 beaten egg
