- 9-12 dried chillies
- 90g shaĺlots
- 100g garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sichuan peppercorn
- 25g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- 200g cooking oil
- 200g dried shrimp
- 2.5 tbsp fish sauce (typo in video as fish oil)
