Even though the Masqueraders hailed from Dallas, Texas, they recorded all over the map from the early 60's into the 1980's. They recorded in Detroit with the LA Beat label in the mid 60's, then were signed to Bell Records, where they returned to the south and then found their way to Memphis in the 70's. Isaac Hayes signed them to his label in the mid 70's where they had a hit with The Traveling Man. A consistently underrated group, the Masqueraders' longevity has been remarkable. I Aint Got To Love Nobody Else is a fine example of their late 60's group harmony sound.
