材料 :
西洋菜 200g
排骨 300 克
红枣 适量
枸杞 适量
调味 :
盐
胡椒粉
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Watercress 200g Cut shorter, wash with salt water and soak for 5min. Drain and set aside
2. Pork ribs 300g
3. Red dates appropriate amount
4. Wolfberries appropriate amount, soak in hot water
5. Ginger 1pc, smashed
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Pepper little
Method
1. Combine the pork ribs, ginger and Shaoxing wine in a pot of cold water. Turn on high heat and let it boil. Remove any impurities on the surface. Let it boil for 1min. Wash the ribs with clean water and drain.
2. Prepare 2L of water in a pot and add in ribs and red dates. Turn to high heat and let it boil.
3. Blanch some watercress in the soup till soft. Cut shorter and blend with some water. Add back to the soup and simmer for an hour.
4. Add seasoning, balance watercress and wolfberries. Let it boil and turn to low heat and simmer for 10min
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
