Decided to take on the 2022 Tour of Sufferlandria, a week long indoor cycling challenge offered by @wahoofitness and benefiting the @davisphinneyfdn.

Kept a vlog of my week long sufferfest. It was a challenge, but honestly, I didn't even know how hard this was until it was over. I tried to do a gravel fondo the day after I completed the tour, and I was empty. Didn't even make the start line. Completely drained from this endeavor.
I chose the "focused" option for the Tour. The idea being that I would target certain stages that were of most importance. I ended up riding Stages 2-6 at 100%, so I definitely got my VO2 work for the month!
This was quite the training block, and I will need sometime to recover. I'm hoping, however, that it pays dividends later. I was kinda scared to take this on in the past, but I'm glad I did this year. Hard, but worth it.
Because I'm sure someone will comment to tell me how little power I produce...power targets were all based on my latest Full Frontal test which was on January 28th. Currently, my FTP is 264 and weight somewhere around 146lbs (66kg).
