At the end of every eviction after a final judgment for possession has been issued by the judge a landlord will need to determine whether the tenant has vacated the property. If the tenant has not vacated the property then the landlord will need to authorize the sheriff to go out to the property and The sheriff will then coordinate a time for the landlord to meet the sheriff at the property after that 24-hour period has expired. The landlord can then change the locks and remove any belongings in the presence of the sheriff to the property line.
