Ingredients
300g (or 1 1/2 cup) farmer’s cheese
1 egg yolk (add additional yolk if your cheese is dry)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour (add few spoons more if your cheese is moist)
1/4 tsp salt
Prepare and cook time 15 minutes
Those are so delicious and such a great source of protein and calcium. I like to enjoy 2 or 3 dipped in some sour cream with a cup of coffee for breakfast.

You can substitute farmer’s cheese for cottage cheese but make sure you drain all the water before usage.
