*the chain tensioners are not built in, they just are a very clean design*
I rode the bike today, rides very nice! The bars are higher than expected (from the ground/bb height) and the brakes needed some adjusting but its very balanced and rolls fast.
Bike weighed 26.8 lbs in this video, came home and swapped the half link chain to a standard one, put some SRAM GX DUB cranks/BB on and cut down the brake hose down to a reasonable length and its under 25 pounds now.
Adjusted the brakes, pulled out a 5 mm spacer from under the stem and put it on top - next ride it should be even more dialed.
