This woman is the most famous and well-known tea-seller in South Asia. She gained worldwide fame by selling tea at the Dharmatala intersection in Jashore, the southwestern district of Bangladesh.
Many years ago she opened a small tea shop for local college and university students. All these students used to call her "Kaki". This address once became the name of her tea. Gradually she became Kakir Cha seller.
Her reputation spread worldwide after a documentary about her was aired on Food BD, a well-known and famous food documentary-based YouTube channel in Bangladesh.
