Tried and Tested by gawa's kitchen
Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 Cup Castor sugar I used regular sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
3 teaspoons baking powder
1+1/2 cup Cake flour
bake 180 degrees
17-18 minutes big pan
mine baked 10 minutes in Swiss roll pan
cupcakes +-10 minutes
until toothpick comes out clean
fresh cream
+- 1/4 cup icing sugar
fruit of choice
