Members of the NCOP's Committee on Public Enterprises and Communications have accused Communications Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni and her deputy Philly Mapulane of undermining them. This after the pair failed to appear before the committee, along with the outgoing SABC Board, something which left MPs fuming. The SABC board was to brief the NCOP committee on whether or not it has succeeded in turning around the public broadcaster before its term of office comes to an end this weekend.
