The Liberation Tower is open to public as part of Kuwait's celebrations of national holidays.The entry is open to all, free of cost.

We are able to view the 360 degree view from the 150th floor of the tower. A Museum is arranged at the Tower containing some of the historical equipment's of the Ministry of Communications that tell the history of the ministry over many decades.
