As the COVID-19 situation worsens in India, Singapore will ban entry from Apr 24 for all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to India within the last 14 days. During a multi-ministry task force news conference on Thursday (Apr 22), officials said this includes visitors who transit in India, and those who had obtained prior approval for entry into Singapore. Separately, measures have been put in place at Westlite Woodlands dormitory after 17 migrant workers who recovered from COVID-19 tested positive again for the disease. [ Ссылка ]
Minister Lawrence Wong also said Singapore might have to continue with “further rounds of vaccination" even beyond 2021. [ Ссылка ]
