In this Adobe Photoshop tutorial, we will first download an example image.

Next, we will import the image into Photoshop CC 2021 to create a new project.

We will use the Photoshop 2021 quick mask tool to create a mask.

We will then copy the selection to a new layer and convert into a smart object.

We will use the timeline tool to create an animation and loop the content in Photoshop 2021.

Finally, we will export the content into an MP4 video and upload to Facebook for testing
