FÜRST CARL - Pils | Brewers Advent Calendar 2022 | Day 3

Back to lager beer on day 3 of this years brewers advent calendar. We go to Franconia in the proximity of Nuremberg - which is of course a part of bavaria - and visit the castle of Fürst Carl (Duke Carl) where the respective family owned and run brewery can be found. Here the Princess is in charge of the brewery and brews a rather not so common lager beer style for bavaria: a Pilsner!
