At this meeting the Board discussed:
- Finances for the April election
- Pending legislation that may add one or more languages to voter-assistance programs and balloting systems in Chicago
- Equipment and inventory review at the warehouse
- Preparation of ward legal descriptions
- Preparations for the upcoming mail canvass of voters and the 2016 election
- Legislation that rectified the calendar for any Congressional special primaries/special elections
- Approval of an updates to the Voter Registration system that would allow for an online system for voters to apply to serve as Judges of Election
- Update on pending litigation
- Participation in a vendor forum for potential suppliers of materials and services
- Review of minutes from past executive sessions
