A brief introduction of our guests-
Fereshte Sethna has 26 years of litigation and arbitration experience, handling complex work across multiple jurisdictions, in diverse industries. Her global reach of work spans across The United States of America, UK, Europe, and other countries; across oil & gas to infrastructure, banking & finance to transportation, real estate, etc. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm’s Mumbai Office. She heads the Firm’s International Litigation & ADR Group.

Jolly Abraham has set up and leads the legal function within True North, advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of True North's investments and exits. Prior to joining True North, Jolly was a Partner at Desai & Diwanji, where her practice spanned cross-border private equity, M&A and financing transactions, commercial contracts and advice on corporate law, securities law, foreign exchange law and contract law.
