This video is about new modified exhaust law in California. now what those that mean well its simple they made it where when you get stop by the police, and they say your muffler is to loud. they now can give you a ticket for 250-1000 dollars. now its not a fix it ticket anymore , and its going to be like that every time you get stop. my advise just take off the exhaust its not worth it, buy something else with that money.
