The Gii MX-01 is an automatic in-line interval moisture measurement system for incoming grains such as paddy, milled rice and brown rice. The moisture sensor, which is installed inside the elevator bucket, will crush a set number of single kernels during each interval and then provide the average moisture reading for each interval as well as for the entire truck.

The interval system ensures that a sample from almost all the bags of grains in the truck will be measured, and not just a random selection of a few bags of grains. This way you will get an accurate and reliable average moisture value of all grains on each truck. A PDF report with your company’s letterhead will be generated by the software after each measurement.

Each PC can connect up to 6 sensors units concurrently for easy management of incoming grains moisture data. Connect Multiple Sensors to 1 Software.

The software automatically generates a non-editable PDF report after each measurement with date and time stamp.

Non-editable PDF report You can control the time taken for each measurement by setting the number of pieces of grains measured per interval, the number of intervals and the waiting time between each interval.

Time During peak seasons, situation inside the rice mill might be very hectic and human errors might occur when moisture readings are recorded wrongly or measured wrongly with manual moisture meters as crushing pressure will not be consistent.
