In 2014 he was appointed to be a Chair of LIBOR Chair of Fair Housing and Culture Diversity Committee
2015 Graduated NAR Leadership Academy 2015, he was the first graduate from New York State.
2015 he has participated NAR International REALOR Conference(IRC) in Manila Philippine, and NAR India Conference in INDA.

And Global Ambassador to Vietnam, and Cambodia and Indonesia to Represent United States.
In 2023, he will be inducted to be on NAR RPAC Hall of Fame. His name will be engraved at NAR Building in Washington DC.
