From the Video: - What are the common causes when we see these kind of trucking cases?

- So you have your common causes just like a car wreck, inattention, distracted driving, although a truck driver should never be on a cellphone, texting and driving. I mean, that's ... We would take that case all day long. Sometimes they won't keep a proper lookout, they'll make an improper turn and they're not looking in their blind spots, they're speeding. But a big issue that we see and there's been some data kept by the National Highway Traffic Safety Commission, they fall asleep and they're fatigued. They'll run off the road or they'll sideswipe or they'll crush a car and cause it to come off. And then we see these cases... And I think the last study showed approximately 8% of the causes of these accidents happened because of poor maintenance. We'll have cases with an 18-wheeler, a whole damn wheel will fly off the car. And so you may be two or three vehicles back and then a tire hit your windshield and drives you off the road. Well that 18-wheeler is responsible for that because of their maintenance. And of course we investigate.
