I was visiting my brother at college today, and there was a Golden Nozzle right by where he is staying at. So we went to it so I can film it.

This has to be Golden Nozzle’s biggest location that I’ve been to. It has a express exterior tunnel, self service bays, 2 touch free automatics, a gas station and a small C-Store. The touch free bays were probably added on, a few years later the tunnel wash opened. Same thing goes for the gas station, as that seems to be the newest addition to the property.

The tunnel wash previously held vintage 1980’s Hanna equipment, including a RARE circular mitter curtain. Most of the older Golden Nozzle locations had either vintage Hanna or Sherman equipment. Sadly, around 2016 or 2017, Golden Nozzle renovated their older sites with new Sonny’s equipment, taking out the old mitters and wraps. It seems that the wraps at this location are still original, along with the dryers.

Wash Quality: very good! The wash did a great job and got all the dust and bugs off!
