We begin in Egypt where the controversy over the construction of the Grand Ethiopian Dam continues. Ethiopia and Egypt are entangled in a dispute over the effects of the project on water flow to Egypt and Sudan . Earlier in the week, Ethiopia summoned Egypt's Ambassador to Addis Ababa over leaked remarks by Egyptian politicians, suggesting military action to stop Ethiopia from constructing the $4.7 billion dam.
