Orange Peel Chicken has a nice Sweet honey taste to it that hits the pallet with a hint of garlic, soy and sesame. What you need to decide is how much zest you want to add to your recipe because orange peel can be very overwhelming if you add to much. My recipe is very subtle but you are more than welcome to add more to your sauce if you'd like. I've also included a Chinese Fry Batter Recipe at the end of this video as well as the link below.
