Welcome to the Bent Spoon Season 3! We've concocted a fantastic six-episode season just for you, full of exciting new and diverse dishes for you to try out at home, and six new and fresh (well, five technically) faces for you to get to know!

Kicking us off on this journey is Samuel Gaskin, who will be taking us on a trip to Nigeria where we'll learn to make a Nigerian beef stew - a spicy and hearty stew sure to fill many bellies over the summer!

Returning as host, as always, is the lovely Ms Katalyna who gets to know Samuel and find out some more about the history surrounding this dish and what Samuel's experiences with his Maori and Nigerian heritage have been.
