On Monday, September 17, 2018, at 5:00 PM, two unknown black males entered the METRO PCS store located at 6201 North Front Street. One of the suspects who was armed with a large silver colored semi-automatic handgun, the other was wearing dark mask approached the counter pointing the handgun at an employee, a 40 year-old male, demanding money from the cash register. After complying with the suspects demands, the employee placed the cash drawer onto the counter at which time the masked offender removed $1114. Both suspects then fled the store on foot and were last seen west on the 100 block of West Laveer Street. No shots were fired nor were any injuries reported.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, mid 20 years-of-age, thin build, goatee, dark complexion, wearing a zip up hooded sweatshirt with an unknown logo in white on upper left front, faded pants, gray sneakers, and a dark colored baseball cap.
Suspect #2: Black male, mid 20 years-of-age, light/medium complexion, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, white sneakers, and a dark colored mask covering lower half of his face.
