Well as early as 5 yo 6 weeks of that is roughly about 7 to 10 days after u miss the periods if you get the regular cycles you should be able to hear the baby's heart beat on ultrasound scan. Now it may vary for a week or so because sometimes the dating is absolutely perfect, but when the dating is correct by about 6 weeks of pregnancy you should be able to hear the fetal heart rate.
