Located in the centre of Ilford, the Exchange Ilford houses over 80 shops, stores, cafés and independent boutiques. The Exchange is the foremost retail shopping mall in the centre of Ilford. Significant improvements are planned for Ilford's Exchange Shopping Centre with a sizeable investment programme that will see major changes in scheme including a complete new rebranding, new stores including a full range Next store, restaurants and a fundamental reconfiguration of the Centre to provide easier circulation for shoppers. Building work started early in summer 2011 and many of the improvements will be in place for the Christmas period.
