She appealed to the court to release her on bail on the grounds that she is innocent and is also a mother and the ruling establishment has vendetta against her. There is also also wrong application of the law. How did CBI invoke Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act against her? Hemant Soren, Manish Sisodia and Arvind Kejriwal have been punished in the same way. If Arvind Kejriwal has got bail, then why not K Kavitha? This is brazen injustice...."
