Many have asked me recently to share some exercises for varicose veins. It is a condition where the veins get swollen and blood flow is obstructed causing pain and poor circulation. It occurs due to long hours of standing, sitting and also common in women post pregnancy. Even though exercising may not be full cure, it can help in managing it.

Regular breaks throughout the day, walking and exercising can improve overall circulation. When circulation improves, pain and swelling reduces. Maintaining a diet is advised. Timely consultation of a doctor is very important.
