The Rotary Clubs of Clifton Bristol UK and Bo Sierra Leone established Mobilty Sierra Leone as a not for profit organisation in 2011 to provide free rugged sustainable made to measure wheelchairs and hand cranked tricycles to disabled people in Sierra Leone. Their project identified and met a humanitarian need. It could only have only happened with the collaboration of a number of NGO's including Handicap International, Mercy Ships, PET International (now Mobility Worldwide), Motivation, Leonard Cheshire and the support of many Rotary Clubs and The Rotary Foundation.
