Yes, we use 4 different ways to ensure that skin redraping is done in a good way even in severe skin excess.

In majority of the large gynecomastia cases with skin excess we not only do liposuction and gland removal through a small cut in side of chest but follow it up with special dressings and compression garment.

In only small minority of Grade 4 Gynecomastia we resort to skin excision.
