When describing processes, the initial quick wins can become apparent in this phase – these should be addressed immediately.
Quick wins are easy improvements with regard to a product or service. Characteristic of a quick win is something where a relatively big improvement can be made with minimal effort – so small results can be achieved quickly. When improvement projects take more time, lasting results can be achieved by searching for quick wins and conducting these first. This is seen as making improvements.
