Patna, Nov 08 (ANI): Swatting away the confident prediction of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav of the Mahagathbandhan's victory in the Bihar elections, former chief minister Jitan Ram Manhji on Sunday said the former was known for making 'peculiar and baseless prophecies'. He said he is ready to be the chief minister again if the people want him to be. Talking about his chances of becoming chief minister again, Manjhi said he had never lobbied or thrown his weight around to take back his old post, but asserted that Bihar was not ready to see a repeat of the Jungle Raj promoted by the Lalu-Nitish combine, and this would be reflected in the poll results.
According to first figures coming in from Election Commission office in Patna, the Bharatiya Janata Party is leading in 11 seats, while the Janata Dal-United is leading in five.
