This recipe features a Snake River Farms Kurobuta Half Bone-In Ham. I smoked this on my Big Green Egg XL using hickory wood chunks for 3.5 hours. Recipe below...
Ingredients:
1 SRF Kurobuta bone-in half ham ([ Ссылка ])
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup bourbon
1/4 Dijon
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat BGE to 275
2. Put ham in roasting pan with 3 cups apple juice and an onion
3. Cook uncovered for 2 hours
4. Cover with foil and cook another hour
5. Add glaze ingredients to pan, bring to a medium boil, and reduce 30 minutes to desired thickness
6. Uncover the ham, glaze, and cook for 30 minutes until 140°
7. Pull, rest 10 minutes, slice and serve
