Of all the space cadet appraisers I have ever talked to the one who is at the top of the food chain reviewing my work is probably in the bottom 10% as far as logical thinking is concerned. If they are going to allow him to spew out all sorts of flawed logic with broad language then EVERY appraiser can easily be bullied by the bias third parties.
