Even though I had seen various pictures and videos of the new LHB coaches that are going to replace the legendary Deccan Queen Express, I got to see and capture it myself for the first time yesterday. The coaches are stabled between Dadar and Matunga stations of the Central Railway.
In my opinion, the colour scheme is not that great. The Deccan Queen was known for having the colours blue and white and that should have been maintained. There is no doubt though, that the interiors of the coaches are modern and comfortable and safe. What do you think about it?
