Florian "syrsoN" Rische, former star AWPer of BIG Clan and now self-benched and awaiting his next team, is the star of the 290th Episode of 'Reflections'.

syrsoN was a long time member of the German domestic CS:GO scene. It was his time in ALTERNATE aTTaX which finally drew him the attention that springboarded him further up the food chain. He became a German champion, ESWC 2016 champion and began attending minors. Playing later in Sprout he continued to climb the competitive ladder, now making the final of Dreamhack Atlanta.

Finally, for 2020, he got the call up to BIG Clan, Germany's best and most established top side. Despite winning Dreamhack Leipzig and qualifying for FLASHPOINT, the LAN portion of syrsoN's career would be put on hold as the whole scene shifted to online play. This accelerated the rise of BIG, as they quickly became one of the dominant teams of the summer and won Dreamhack Masters Spring EU, cs_summit 6 EU and Dreamhack Open Summer EU back-to-back-to-back, eventually claiming the world number one spot on HLTV.org.

BIG would cool off as the year came to a close and struggled to repeat their form in 2021. A new pattern was established, where BIG would qualify for every major and syrsoN would farm matches at the RMRs but the team could not crack the quarter-finals. Top four at IEM Dallas 2022 and 3rd at the Pinnacle Championship were very good results, in the context of the team's scale, but BIG weren't able to reach a LAN final.

After Katowice this year syrsoN benched himself from BIG Clan and began looking afar for an international project to play for.
