STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
Yogurt Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 small cup of broken rice
1 cup of yogurt
2 tbsp. of flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. of dry mint
1 dessert spoon of salt
Preparation
-Wash the rice, and boil it in 1, 5 liter of water until the rice is soft.
-Beat an egg in a bowl, add yogurt and flour, mix very well
-Pour this mix slowly in to pot that has boiled rice in it.
-Cook it in low heat, when it starts boiling add butter, mint and salt.
-Cook for 2 more minutes for flour to be cooked as well.
-Serve hot.
