The zombies tend to pile up in the window, so I rectified this with a Turret. Plonk that down then use the equipment-switch trick on the Jetgun to spam the blast attack. Any Abominations will get stun-locked and can be ignored!! Both openable doors are closed, ice cream shop door is opened via the glitch to open it on the roof. This is roughly the same speed as the Mangler Injector spam (slightly slower I think) and you slowly gain salvage as sentries are much cheaper.
