Just after sunrise, I take a stroll through the Lincolnshire Wolds.

I start at Brinkhill, walk through fields to Driby and then to the woods. There is a brief encounter with a horse, if you can spot it.

You can use my walking videos for guided meditation, treadmill walks, as a background to studying or as a virtual experience of hiking in England (if you are not so mobile or not so local!).
