The Justice Studies Center of the Americas (JSCA) will hold the webinar "Constitutional Dialogue between Chile and Canada: The Rights of Indigenous Peoples" as part of the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) project "Improving Access to Civil Justice in Latin America". The activity will feature Chilean and international experts who will share their perspectives on the relationship between the right of indigenous peoples in Canada's Constitution and the new constitution that will emerge from Chile's referendum.
