Bacon Rice Cake Skewers 베이컨 떡꼬치
Ingredients:
2 strips bacon
8 pieces of rice cake
4 toothpicks
½ Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp oligosaccharide
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1 green onion, chopped
Olive Oil
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cut 2 strips of bacon into 8 total pieces.
2. Wrap 8 rice cakes with each piece of bacon.
3. Skewer 2 rice cakes to each toothpick.
4. Make the sauce by combining, ½ Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1 tsp sugar. Set aside
5. Over ample oil of choice, pan fry the skewers so it’s crispy and golden brown.
6. Add the sauce to the pan and let it further cook into the rice cakes.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
