While Singapore’s labour market is doing better, more can be done to help employers and workers emerge stronger from the crisis. The Government will support SMEs to innovate and redesign jobs and manpower practices. Employers will receive support to overcome the widening income gap, manage remote working and digitalisation. Employers and workers will also get help with job matching and re-skilling.
