This traditional rasam podi recipe was given to me by mother-in-law smt gowri krishnamurthy she passed away in the year 2014 at the age of 93 years.
she trained me with lots of traditional iyar food recipes like sambar podi, rasam podi, iddli podi, curry leave podi, rice podi......
The rasam made with the rasam podi absolutely outstanding and goes very well with white rice, rasam vdai, curd rice and good appetizer.
Once you start making this rasam podi at home you really love the flavors. No preservative and chemicals.
The homemade rasam podi is very easy to make and can be stored in air right container and can be used whenever you make rasam.
