The Science Based Targets Network (SBTN) is a key component of the Global Commons Alliance, a network of organizations working together to positively transform the world’s economic systems and protect the global commons. The SBTN builds on the momentum of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), by expanding its scope from tackling only climate change to tackling both the loss of nature and climate change. Science-based targets give companies and cities a clear pathway to competitiveness and resilience by using science to define their role in protecting and restoring nature. Many Conservation Measures Partnership (CMP) and Conservation Coaches Network (CCNet) member organizations are partners to the SBTN. In this webinar, we will present SBTN's guidance and how the Conservation Standards (CS), the CMP, the CCNet and Miradi can support them.
