Valenciana Paella is the most traditional type of paella in Spain. It has been granted with the ‘Denominación de Origen’ (DO) status in Spain which protects the authenticity of the dish and its ingredientes.
This flavorful dish is cooked with chicken & rabbit, ‘bomba’ rice,
Spanish saffron, paprika, and fresh seasonal vegetables like tomato, green capsicum and snow peas. We have cooked in some of our public events but now you can enjoy a taste of history at your next private event!
